400 kW HVAC drive with built-in overload profile
The Siemens 6SL3220-1YH60-1CB0 is a SINAMICS G120X infrastructure converter rated 400 kW at 135% overload for 3 s, 110% for 60 s, and 100% for 240 s — a duty cycle tuned for pump and fan starting torque in HVAC/water/wastewater applications. It accepts 3AC 500-690 V +10/-20% at 47-63 Hz and includes a built-in RFI suppression filter for category C3, so it meets conducted emission limits for industrial environments without an external filter.
Mounting and fieldbus integration
Size FSH frame, IP20 / UL open type — designed for panel mounting with top cable entry; ambient temperature range 0 to +45 °C. Fieldbus is integrated: MODBUS RTU, BACnet MS/TP, and USS on board — no option module needed for BMS or SCADA connectivity. No operator panel included; the IO expansion slot is available for additional I/O if the application requires more than the base terminals.
Lifecycle and compliance
RoHS compliant since 11-03-20; REACH Article 33 declares lead (CAS 7439-92-1) above 0.1% w/w in certain components. Export control: AL N / ECCN EAR99H — no special license required for most destinations.
