The integrated EMC filter meets Category C3, so it is suited for industrial second-environment installations where the supply is via a dedicated transformer; first-environment (residential) installations may need an external filter.
Fieldbus and control integration
Built-in PROFINET-PN and EtherNet/IP means this drive connects directly to a PLC backplane without an optional communication module — the integrator maps the process data (speed setpoint, status word, actual current) into the controller's I/O configuration during commissioning.
