The 6SL3220-2YE60-1CP0: This SINAMICS G120X drive delivers 400 kW rated power with a 135% overload for 3 seconds and 110% for 60 seconds. For HVAC centrifugal loads, the 135% short-term overload covers the starting current inrush of a pump or fan without oversizing the drive — the motor accelerates before the overload timer expires. The 110% sustained overload handles process upsets like a clogged strainer or damper repositioning. Input supply is 3-phase 380-480 V AC, +10%/-20%, 47-63 Hz. The wide voltage tolerance means this drive runs on 400 V or 480 V nominal systems without a reconfiguration jumper — common in water/wastewater plants where the distribution voltage varies by site. The built-in RFI suppression filter is Category C3, suitable for industrial second-environment installations where the drive is hard-wired to a dedicated transformer.
PROFIBUS DP and IP20 panel integration
