The 6SL3220-3YE66-1CB0 is a SINAMICS G120X infrastructure converter rated 560 kW at 380-480 VAC, designed for HVAC, water, and wastewater applications. It delivers 135% overload for 3 seconds or 110% for 60 seconds, with 100% continuous for 240 seconds — the overload profile matches pump and fan duty cycles where transient torque demands are short. The drive includes an integrated RFI suppression filter for category C3 environments, an Intelligent Operator Panel, and IO expansion. Fieldbus is built in: MODBUS RTU, BACnet MS/TP, and USS — no external gateway needed for building automation networks.
Panel integration and compliance
IP20 / UL open type enclosure — mounts inside a standard electrical panel with filtered airflow. The FSJ frame size requires a 1,200 x 1,857 x 800 mm footprint for the packaged unit; plan gland-plate entry and cable bending radius accordingly.
