The 6SL3220-3YH58-0CB0: This SINAMICS G120X drive delivers 355 kW rated power with a 135% overload capacity for 3 seconds, and 110% for 60 seconds, 100% for 240 seconds — the overload profile that decides if it handles a pump dead-head start or a fan inertia pull-up without tripping on overcurrent. It is built for HVAC, water, and wastewater infrastructure — the application class where the load profile is quadratic (fan/pump) and the drive is expected to run continuously at rated speed with occasional overload events during start or valve cycling.
Fieldbus slice and panel integration
Integrated MODBUS RTU and BACnet MS/TP — the two fieldbus protocols that dominate building automation and water-plant control — so the drive connects directly to a BMS or PLC without an add-on communication module.
