The 6SL3220-3YH66-0CB0: Rated power 560 kW with a 135% overload for 3 seconds or 110% for 60 seconds, and 100% continuous for 240 seconds — this is the overload duty cycle typical for centrifugal pumps and fans where the starting torque is low but the inertia keeps the drive in the overload region during ramp-up. Input voltage range 3AC 500-690 V +10/-20% at 47-63 Hz, so it covers 525 V, 600 V, and 690 V nominal grids without a transformer — common in North American 600 V and European 690 V industrial distribution.
Fieldbus integration for building automation
Integrated MODBUS RTU and BACnet MS/TP on the same RS-485 port — no external gateway needed for BMS integration. The BACnet MS/TP profile maps the drive parameters as BACnet objects, so the building controller sees speed, current, and fault codes directly. The Intelligent Operator Panel (IOP) is included — it provides a plain-text display for commissioning and diagnostics without a laptop. No IO expansion module is fitted as standard; the base unit has the I/O for start/stop, speed reference, and fault relay.
Installation constraints — IP20, size FSJ, ambient limits
Degree of protection IP20 / UL open type — the drive must be installed inside a cabinet with a minimum IP54 enclosure to keep dust and moisture off the power terminals.
