What this PM230 power module delivers
The 6SL3223-0DE32-2AA0 is a SINAMICS G120P PM230 power module rated 22 kW at low overload (110% for 60 s, 100% for 240 s) on a 380-480 VAC, 47-63 Hz three-phase supply. The built-in Class A EMC filter saves panel space and external filter cost for most industrial line environments. Enclosure is IP55 / UL Type 12, so the module handles washdown and airborne dust common on food-and-beverage, water treatment, and material-handling lines — the FSD frame size (640 x 320 x 329 mm) fits standard floor-mount cabinets.
Integration notes for the controls integrator
This power module ships without a control unit or operator panel. It is approved for the CU230P-2 control unit running firmware version V4.3.2 — the control unit and any fieldbus interface (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, CANopen) are ordered separately. The built-in Class A filter meets EN 61800-3 for first-environment (residential) conducted emissions on the mains side, so the drive can sit closer to the incoming supply without an additional line reactor for EMC compliance. Ambient temperature rating is 0 to +40 °C for low-overload operation. Mounting in a ventilated enclosure or with forced-air cooling is expected — the FSD frame's 0.8 x 0.6 x 0.5 m shipping package gives a sense of the installed footprint.
Export control is AL:N / ECCN:N, so no special licensing is needed for standard industrial shipments outside sanctioned destinations.
