What it is and what it does
The A3SKAF-6AA1-101 is a 2-position maintained selector switch with key-removable locking mechanism and cam actuation, carrying one normally open contact. This is the kind of part you'd spec into a control panel where you need a key-locked selector — say, for mode selection on a safety circuit or an operator-permissive hand-off-auto station where you don't want the key walking off. The key is removable in both positions, which means the operator can lock the switch in either state and pocket the key.
