Overview

The 140DRC83000C is a Schneider Modicon Quantum automation platform relay discrete output module, order code 140DRC83000C, providing 8 discrete outputs via Form C contacts with a switching capacity of 1250 VA resistive. The module accepts output voltages from 20...250 V AC, 30...150 V DC, or 5...30 V DC, mounts on a chassis, and includes conformal coating for protection.

As a relay discrete output module, the 140DRC83000C switches external loads through electromechanical relays, one per output point. The Form C (1 NO/NC) contact arrangement allows each channel to switch either normally-open or normally-closed, giving flexibility for fail-safe or interlock wiring.
