What this dummy module does
The 140XCP50000 is a spare slot cover for the Modicon Quantum backplane. It occupies a position intended for a discrete I/O module when that slot is not populated. No terminal block ships with it — the part is just the plastic faceplate and latching carrier.
Kit contents and fit
One dummy module, no terminal block. It fits the same slot footprint as any Quantum discrete I/O module. Pop it in to close the slot, maintain airflow through the rack, and keep the IP20 enclosure sealed. No wiring, no addressing, no configuration.
