Breaking capacity is 30 kA Icu at 220-240 V AC and 15 kA Icu at 380-415 V AC, both per EN/IEC 60947-2. That 30 kA at 240 V is the number that matters for most commercial and light industrial panels in North America on a 240/120 V split-phase or 208Y/120 V system — it means this breaker can safely interrupt a fault current up to 30,000 amps without welding its contacts or failing catastrophically. At 400 V three-phase (common in European and industrial plants), the 15 kA rating still covers a lot of service-entrance and sub-panel scenarios. The IP20 finger-safe terminals are fine for enclosed panels; if you need washdown protection, you'd put this behind a sealed door.
