The Schneider Electric A9D47225 is an Acti9 iC60 RCBO — a combined miniature circuit breaker and residual-current device in one 36 mm-wide, 2-pole module that clips onto a DIN rail. It protects a single-phase outgoer against overload, short-circuit (B curve, magnetic trip 3–5 x In), and earth leakage (30 mA sensitivity) in one unit. The thermal-magnetic trip unit gives you the standard MCB response plus integrated RCD protection, saving a DIN position versus separate breaker and RCCB.
Rated 25 A (In) with a breaking capacity of 10 kA Icn at 220–240 V AC (15 kA Icu per IEC 60947-2). The 15 kA Icu (ultimate breaking capacity per IEC 60947-2) is higher but is a one-shot rating; the breaker may need replacement after that fault. For most distribution boards with a typical upstream fuse or MCCB, 10 kA Icn is adequate for residential and light commercial outgoers. This RCBO covers both phase and neutral (2 poles protected, 2P device), so it disconnects both lines on a fault.
Tightening torque 2 N·m. IP40 in a distribution enclosure, IP20 bare — fine for enclosed panels, not for washdown areas.
