The Schneider Electric A9DC4716 is an Acti9 iCV40H RCBO — a combined residual-current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection, in a 3P+N, 4-module-wide (90 mm) clip-on DIN-rail housing. It integrates a 16 A thermal-magnetic overcurrent trip (C-curve, 5–10 x In magnetic threshold) with a 30 mA earth-leakage sensor on the same outgoing circuit, so a single device covers both short-circuit and ground-fault protection on a three-phase distribution outgoer. Rated 10 kA Icn at 400 V AC 50/60 Hz per EN/IEC 61009-2-1, limitation class 3, meaning it clips the let-through energy on a fault — downstream equipment sees less thermal stress than with a class-1 or class-2 device.
