The Schneider Electric A9DCA610 is an Acti9 iCV40 RCBO — a combined overcurrent and earth-leakage protective device for final circuits. It integrates a thermal-magnetic trip unit for overload and short-circuit protection with a 30 mA residual-current element, all in a single 36 mm wide module that clips onto a DIN rail. Rated 10 A with a C-curve magnetic trip (5 to 10 × In), it is sized for general-purpose socket outlets and lighting circuits where moderate inrush is expected. The 6 kA breaking capacity at 230 V AC (Icn per EN/IEC 61009-2-1) covers most residential and light commercial distribution boards. The integrated 30 mA earth-leakage protection meets the standard for personal protection against indirect contact in TN and TT systems.
