The Schneider Electric A9DD1925 is an Acti9 iC60H3 RCBO — a combined residual current breaker with overcurrent protection, packing a 3P + Ns pole configuration, D-curve thermal-magnetic trip, 25 A rated current at 30 °C, and 30 mA earth-leakage sensitivity into a 54 mm wide, 6-module DIN-rail footprint. Its 10 kA Icn breaking capacity at 400/415 V AC (50/60 Hz) and limitation class 3 mean it handles high prospective fault currents on TN earthing systems while limiting let-through energy — a solid choice for outgoing sub-circuits in commercial and light industrial distribution boards where both overcurrent and earth-leakage protection are required in one device.
D-curve trip and integrated earth-leakage
The 30 mA earth-leakage element is integrated, not an add-on module, so it saves one DIN position and one wiring step compared to a separate MCB + RCCB pair. Rated for AC networks only, with the neutral on the left and the three protected poles on the right. The toggle control gives clear ON/OFF local signalling, and the padlockable mechanism (4 mm hasp) lets you lock out for safe isolation.
Clip-on mounting to DIN rail or chassis rail, 6 modules wide at 9 mm pitch (54 mm total). Depth of 77.2 mm and height of 112 mm fit standard distribution board enclosures. Screw-clamp terminals accept 1–25 mm² rigid or 1–16 mm² flexible; strip lengths are 11 mm (bottom) and 14 mm (top). Tighten to 2.5 N·m. IP20 finger-safe, rated for 95 % RH at 55 °C with tropicalisation class 2. Electrical durability is 5,000 cycles, mechanical 20,000 cycles — typical for a panel-mounted RCBO in commercial duty.
