The A9DF7620 is an Acti9 iCV40N residual-current circuit breaker (RCBO) combining overcurrent and earth-leakage protection in a single 1P+N module. The integrated 300 mA earth-leakage protection covers the whole outgoing circuit, meeting the basic fire-prevention and personnel-protection requirement for socket and lighting final circuits in most IEC-based installations. Clip-on mounting to a standard 35 mm DIN rail and a 36 mm width (4 x 9 mm pitches) mean it fits directly into a modular consumer unit or distribution board alongside other Acti9 devices. The IP20 finger-safe enclosure is rated for dry indoor panels; the modular enclosure achieves IP40 when installed in a board with a matching cover.
Limitation class 3 (energy-limiting) means the device restricts let-through energy during a short-circuit, reducing stress on downstream wiring and connected equipment. Quality labels include EAC (Eurasian Customs Union) and VDE (German independent certification). Operating altitude is rated to 2000 m without derating.
