At 230 V AC the A9F05106 carries a 6 kA Icn rating per EN/IEC 60898-1, but under EN/IEC 60947-2 it's rated 36 kA Icu at 12-60 V AC, 20 kA at 100-133 V AC, and 10 kA at 220-240 V AC. On the DC side it handles 15 kA at 12-60 V DC and 10 kA at 60-72 V DC. That spread means it can be applied in low-voltage industrial control panels where fault currents are higher than a standard residential panel, and still coordinate with downstream loads.
Snaps onto a standard DIN rail — 18 mm width (2 x 9 mm pitches), 91 mm tall, 78.5 mm deep. The double-terminal design on top and bottom accepts 1-25 mm² rigid or 1-16 mm² flexible, with a stripping length of 14 mm and a tightening torque of 2 Nm. IP20 finger-safe terminals are fine for enclosed panels; keep it behind a door or cover in a washdown area.
