Voltage range and wiring flexibility
The meter accepts 100...277 V or 173...480 V depending on the wiring configuration — 1P+N, 3P, or 3P+N — which means it covers both single-phase and three-phase services without a separate PT. The 125 A direct connection handles most panelboard incomers and sub-feeders up to that current, so no external CTs are needed for the main path.
Modbus RTU and local signalling
Communication is via RS485 screw terminals running Modbus RTU at 9.6, 19.2, or 38.4 kbaud, with even/odd or no parity and 4000 V insulation. The front panel carries a green power-on LED, a yellow flashing LED for accuracy checking, and a yellow Modbus activity LED — useful for commissioning without a laptop.
Mounting and environmental ratings
Clip-on mounting to DIN rail, 14 modules wide (9 mm pitch each). The front panel is IP40 (conforming to IEC 60529), the body IP20. Operating temperature range is -25 to 70 °C, storage -40 to 85 °C, with relative humidity up to 95 % at 50 °C.
