The 300 mA sensitivity (IΔn) is the residual-current threshold — it catches leakage to earth but is less sensitive than a 30 mA unit, so it suits submain or outgoer circuits where some natural leakage is expected and you want to avoid spurious trips. The Type AC residual-current detection means it trips on sinusoidal AC leakage only — not on pulsed DC or smooth DC. That is fine for circuits feeding resistive loads, heaters, and standard AC motors, but if the downstream equipment includes variable-speed drives, UPS systems, or LED drivers that can generate DC fault currents, you need a Type A or Type B RCBO instead.
Mounting and wiring in the enclosure
The toggle gives clear ON/OFF indication, and the contact-position indicator confirms the state even with the cover closed. Operating altitude is 2000 m; above that, dielectric strength and cooling derate.
