The 6 A rating and C-curve suit it for general-purpose lighting and socket-outlet circuits where inrush from small motors or fluorescent ballasts stays under 60 A peak. The 1P+N configuration (left-side neutral) switches the phase and disconnects the neutral, but only the phase is protected; the neutral pole is a switched-only pole.

Tunnel terminals accept 0.33 to 10 mm² flexible or 0.75 to 16 mm² rigid upstream and downstream. Tightening torque 2 N·m, strip length 13 mm. IP20 finger-safe when installed in an enclosure.
