80 A D-curve MCB for distribution boards
The Schneider Electric A9N60723 is a 3-pole miniature circuit breaker from the Acti9 C120 range, rated 80 A with a D-curve trip characteristic. Breaking capacity is 5 kA Icu at 230...400 V AC 50/60 Hz per EN/IEC 60947-2.
Clip-on mounting to 35 mm symmetrical DIN rail. The 81 x 81 mm face and 73 mm depth are standard for the C120 family — three poles wide at 9 module pitches. Tunnel terminals accept 1...50 mm² rigid or 1.5...35 mm² flexible on each pole, with a 3.5 N.m tightening torque and 15 mm strip length. IP20 finger protection on the front, so it's safe for open-panel installation behind a locked door. Provision for padlocking gives a positive lockout-tagout point. The ON/OFF toggle provides local visual indication of contact position — no need to meter the load side to confirm isolation.
Rated for 95% relative humidity at 55 °C, with 20,000 mechanical and 5,000 electrical cycles. The separate earth-leakage block (Vigi C120) is available if you need integrated RCD protection — this MCB alone does not include it.
