It provides earth-leakage protection for the outgoing circuit, rated at 25 A with 300 mA sensitivity, Type A (pulsating DC and sinusoidal AC fault detection). The unit is voltage-independent — it trips on residual current alone, no auxiliary supply needed. Four poles (4P) cover three-phase plus neutral circuits on 230...415 V AC networks at 50/60 Hz. The instantaneous trip characteristic means no intentional delay — it clears a ground fault as fast as the sensing circuit allows, which matters for coordination with downstream RCDs in a distribution board.
Clip-on mounting onto DIN rail. The unit occupies 6 x 9 mm pitches (54 mm width) and sits 73.5 mm deep by 91 mm tall — standard for the Acti9 modular range.
