The Schneider Electric A9Q61440 is an Acti9 Vigi iC60 add-on residual current device — a 4-pole, 40 A unit with 30 mA sensitivity, Type A-SI (Super Immunised), rated 400...415 V AC.
Type A-SI (Super Immunised) means it resists nuisance tripping from high-frequency leakage generated by VFDs, switched-mode power supplies, or UPS equipment, while still detecting sinusoidal AC and pulsed DC residual currents. That makes it a good fit for mixed-load panels where drives and electronics share the same outgoing circuit. The 4-pole construction (3 phases + neutral) means it monitors all live conductors, so a leakage on any phase or the neutral will trip the device. The unit is voltage-independent for its tripping mechanism — it does not need a separate power supply to detect and clear a fault. That is a reliability advantage in installations where the supply could be lost during a ground fault.
The assembly takes 7 x 9 mm pitches on the rail, so 63 mm of width. IP20 on the device body, IP40 inside a modular enclosure.
