The Schneider Electric A9V29363 is an Acti9 Vigi iC60 add-on residual current device, 3-pole, rated 63 A with a 1000 mA Type A earth-leakage sensitivity and selective time delay. The voltage-independent tripping means it clears a ground fault even if the line voltage collapses — no auxiliary supply needed.
The 63 A [In] is the continuous current the Vigi iC60 can carry without derating in a 30 °C ambient — match it to the upstream MCB rating. The 1000 mA sensitivity is selective (time-delayed), so it coordinates downstream of a 30 mA or 300 mA RCD; the selective delay lets the downstream device trip first on a hard fault, keeping only the branch off instead of the whole submain. Type A protection covers sinusoidal AC and pulsating DC residual currents up to 6 mA smooth DC — the standard for single-phase electronics loads like VFDs, UPSs, and LED drivers.
Clip-on DIN-rail mounting, 7 x 9 mm pitches (117 mm wide). The bottom tunnel terminals accept 1…35 mm² rigid or 1…25 mm² flexible (with or without ferrule), stripped to 14 mm, torqued to 3.5 N.m. Electrical connection to the adjacent MCB is by screws — no busbar jumper needed between the two units. IP20 on the body, IP40 inside a modular enclosure.
