The A9V35463 is a 4-pole add-on residual current device (RCD) from the Acti9 Vigi iC60 range, rated 63 A with a 300 mA earth-leakage sensitivity. It clips onto the outgoing side of an iC60 MCB via screw connection, making it a field-fit retrofit for existing Acti9 boards — no need to pull the busbar or re-terminate the main feed. The Type A-SI (Super Immunised) classification means it handles pulsed DC residual currents from modern electronics (VFDs, LED drivers, UPS) without nuisance tripping, while the selective (time-delayed) characteristic coordinates with downstream RCDs — it waits through a fault, letting the closer device clear first. That selectivity is critical in a distribution board feeding multiple sub-circuits. Rated operational voltage spans 230 to 415 V AC at 50/60 Hz, with an insulation voltage of 500 V AC and impulse withstand of 6 kV. It meets EN/IEC 61009-1 and 61009-2-1, pollution degree 3 per IEC 60947-2, and carries IP20 (IP40 in modular enclosure) protection. The 8/20 µs impulse withstand of 3000 A per IEC 61009-1 gives it decent surge resilience for industrial mains.
Clip-on DIN rail mount, 7 x 9 mm pitches wide (135 mm). Bottom tunnel terminals accept 1 to 35 mm² rigid or 1 to 25 mm² flexible cable, with a stripping length of 14 mm and tightening torque of 3.5 N·m. Bottom busbar compatible. The 73.5 mm depth keeps it within standard distribution board clearance.
