The A9W21363 is a 3-pole add-on residual current device (RCD) from the Acti9 Vigi iC60 range, rated at 63 A with 30 mA sensitivity, Type A earth leakage protection, and instantaneous tripping. Rated operational voltage is 400/415 V AC at 50/60 Hz, with an insulation voltage of 500 V AC and impulse withstand of 6 kV per IEC 60947-2. The 30 mA sensitivity is voltage-independent — the trip mechanism draws no power from the line, so it operates even if the neutral is lost upstream.
The 63 A continuous rating matches the upstream iC60 MCB frame size. The 30 mA Type A trip catches sinusoidal AC faults and pulsating DC faults up to 6 mA smooth DC — typical for single-phase rectified loads like switched-mode supplies or LED drivers. Instantaneous trip means no intentional delay; it clears within the IEC 61009-1 curve, so selectivity with downstream RCDs requires a time-delayed device on the load side. Terminals accept 1–35 mm² rigid or 1–25 mm² flexible copper, with a tightening torque of 3.5 N·m and 14 mm strip length. That covers standard panel wiring up to 35 mm² for the 63 A feed.
