The Schneider Electric A9XPV648 is an Acti9 comb busbar that distributes phase, neutral, auxiliary, and Vigi (earth-leakage) circuits across 18 ways — Aux + N + 1 L + Vigi — in a single 48-module length. It carries 80 A at 40 °C (Ie rated operational current) with a rated insulation voltage of 400 V AC per IEC 61439-1, and a rated operational voltage of 230 V AC phase-to-neutral. The 9 mm pitch between phase and neutral matches the standard Acti9 modular spacing, so it drops into a populated DIN-rail enclosure without re-terminating each outgoing breaker.
Mounts horizontally on top of tunnel-type terminals. The busbar is cuttable — trim to the exact number of ways needed, then fit the included end-pieces and tooth covers to maintain IP20 finger protection. Pollution degree 3 (EN/IEC 60439-1) means it holds up in industrial enclosures where conductive dust or occasional condensation is present. Fire resistance tested to 960 °C for 30 s (IEC 60695-2-1), so it meets the glow-wire requirements common in panel builder specs.
Active in production. No end-of-life notice, no successor code — this is the current-generation Acti9 busbar.
