Power module for the Altivar Process Modular drive system
Schneider Electric APM1L0C20N4 is a liquid-cooled power module belonging to the Altivar Process Modular range. It delivers 200 kW normal duty at 380-480 V and pushes 370 A continuous at 2.5 kHz switching. This is the building block for larger drive configurations—think multi-motor pump or fan arrays where the heat load goes to a coolant loop instead of cabinet air. Active in production, so no cross-reference hunting required.
Cabinet fit and panel layout
Mounts in a cabinet at 1018 mm tall, 526 mm deep, 232 mm wide, vertical orientation only. Liquid cooling requires supply and return lines; the module is IP00 (up to IP21 or IP66 in enclosure) and has no internal EMC filter—budget external if C3 is needed.
Status is active per the current lifecycle indication. Compliance covers UL 61800-5-1, IEC 61800-3, IEC 61508, and IEC 13849-1 safety standards. Pollution degree 2, shock and vibration rated, 50 kA prospective short-circuit. This module is an easy line item for a BOM freeze—no expiration date.
