Medium-voltage drive for large asynchronous and synchronous motors
The ATV1200A19706363 is a Schneider Electric Altivar 1200 series AC drive rated for 1371 kW motor power with a supply voltage range of 2970 to 3630 V. It uses a 36-pulse diode rectifier bridge input topology, which reduces line-side harmonics without requiring external filters for most grid codes. The drive is designed for both asynchronous and synchronous motors, making it suitable for large pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyors in heavy industrial applications.

This drive ships as a floor-standing enclosure with separate air flows for power and control sections. The drive includes 4 software-configurable analog inputs (0-20 mA / 4-20 mA, 250 Ohm impedance) and 1 analog output of the same type. Discrete inputs are 6 standard, expandable to 10. Control electronics require an external 220 V AC supply at 3 kVA. The cooling fan has its own internal 380 V AC supply, with an optional external 380 V AC fan supply available. Power connection uses M10 screw-type bar terminals accepting up to 6 × 40 mm² cable, with entry from bottom or top.
