7775 kW medium-voltage drive with 36-pulse input
The Schneider Electric ATV1200A4506363 is an Altivar 1200 series AC drive rated for 7775 kW motor power, fed from a 2970-3630 V supply through a 36-pulse diode rectifier bridge. That 36-pulse topology keeps line-side harmonics low enough to skip a dedicated filter in most installations — the integrated EMC filter handles the rest. Apparent power is 9300 kVA with a line current of 850 A. Overload capability is 1.2 In for 60 s (standard duty) or 1.5 In for 3 s; high-overload profile goes to 1.5 In for 60 s and 1.85 In for 3 s — enough to start a loaded conveyor or a high-inertia fan without oversizing the drive.
Floor-standing enclosure with separate air flows
The drive ships in a floor-standing enclosure with separate air paths for the power cells and the control section — forced convection cooling moves 100,000 m³/h (standard efficiency). The enclosure colour is grey RAL 7032; operating position is vertical ±10°. Physical footprint: 9770 mm wide, 3340 mm high, 1700 mm deep. That's a full cabinet row — plan the floor space and overhead lifting before the truck arrives. The M10 bar-type power connections accept up to 6 x 40 mm² cable per phase, entry from top or bottom.
