Overload profile and motor compatibility
Standard overload capability is 1.2× rated current for 60 seconds and 1.5× for 3 seconds; the high-overload profile steps to 1.5× for 60 seconds and 1.85× for 3 seconds. This dual rating lets the drive handle both constant-torque conveyors and variable-torque pumps without oversizing the drive frame. The drive is designed for both synchronous and asynchronous motors, with a speed range of 20–100 %. Output voltage is limited to the supply voltage level, so motor winding insulation must be rated for the full 3.3 kV bus.
