The ATV1200A9605555: This is a floor-standing drive cabinet with separate air flows for power and control sections — the cooling fan draws 23200 m³/h (high-efficiency variant) and the unit measures 3460 mm wide by 2740 mm tall by 1600 mm deep in the high-efficiency configuration. Forced-convection cooling with an integrated EMC filter.
Overload profile and fault coordination
The drive handles 1.2× In for 60 s under standard overload, and 1.5× In for 3 s. High-overload duty allows 1.5× In for 60 s or 1.85× In for 3 s — useful for starting high-inertia loads like large fans or centrifuges. Ground-fault protection is built into the drive. Prospective line short-circuit current withstand is 31.5 kA for 150 ms. Dielectric strength between earth and power terminals is 20 kV AC. Pollution degree 2 per IEC 61800-5-1, overvoltage category II. The 30-pulse input rectifier reduces line harmonics without external filtering. Ambient relative humidity range is 0-90 % (0-95 % optional). Vibration resistance 4.9 m/s² at 10-50 Hz.
