Overview
The drive is IP20 rated, uses a heat sink for cooling, and includes an integrated Class C2 EMC filter.
Applications
As an Altivar 32 drive, it controls three-phase asynchronous motors in applications such as conveyors, pumps, fans, and packaging machines.
Features & function
Built-in protections cover input phase breaks, output phase-to-earth overcurrent, overheating, short-circuit between motor phases, and thermal overload. The integrated Class C2 EMC filter meets EN 61800-3 environment 2 category C2, reducing conducted emissions for most industrial installations.
