The Schneider ATV6000C129A1111NA3 is a medium-voltage Altivar Process drive in a floor-standing enclosure, built for permanent magnet, asynchronous, and synchronous motors. It delivers 1030 kW in normal duty and 820 kW in heavy duty, with a line current of 54 A heavy duty / 67.8 A normal duty. The 54-pulse diode rectifier bridge and IGBT inverter cells keep THDI below 3% per IEEE 519-1992.
Footprint and installation
This drive occupies a floor-standing footprint of 4160 mm wide by 2751 mm tall by 1600 mm deep. Cable entry is from the bottom. The enclosure is light grey RAL 7035. A plinth is included. Plan for forced convection cooling clearance and a 400 V AC fan supply.
Control and I/O
The drive includes a 10-inch LCD touch screen HMI. It has 8 programmable digital inputs (DI7, DI8 configurable as pulse inputs up to 30 kHz), configurable analog inputs (0-10 V DC or 0-20 mA, 12-bit), and configurable analog outputs (0-10 V DC or 0-20 mA, 10-bit). Three configurable relay outputs handle fault and sequence signaling. Communication slots support Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, EtherCAT, and encoder interfaces. Standard RJ45 ports provide Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP and Modbus serial.
