The Schneider Electric ATV6000C163A2424ND is a medium-voltage Altivar Process ATV6000 drive built for 3-phase input, rated 1130 kW heavy duty and 1300 kW normal duty. It's a floor-standing enclosure assembly that includes the phase-shifting transformer, power cells, cooling fans, HMI, and plinth — essentially a complete drive cabinet, not a chassis module. The 10-inch LCD touch screen handles local control and monitoring.
Line current is 339.0 A under heavy duty and 448.9 A under normal duty. Output voltage matches supply voltage. THDi stays under 3% per IEEE 519-1992.
Integration notes
Cable entry is bottom-only, so plan gland plates and busway drops accordingly. Noise level hits 90.3 dB — ear protection zone around the cabinet. The control block carries two RJ45 ports for Ethernet IP / Modbus TCP and one for Modbus serial; communication module slots (Slot A) accept Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, or EtherCAT. Encoder feedback goes into Slot B (digital, analog, resolver, or HTL interface). All digital inputs are 24 V DC, and the internal 24 V supply for PoE and digital inputs ranges 21–27 V DC.
