The Schneider ATV6000C550A3333NA3 is an Altivar Process ATV6000 medium-voltage variable frequency drive rated for 5500 kVA apparent power and 4400 kW motor power under normal duty, with a heavy-duty rating of 3820 kW. It uses an 18-pulse diode rectifier input stage to keep line-side harmonics below 3% THDI, meeting IEEE 519-1992 without an external filter. The drive is in a floor-standing enclosure measuring 6060 mm wide, 3151 mm high, and 1800 mm deep.
The 5500 kVA apparent power and 4400 kW normal-duty motor rating tell you this drive is sized for large induction, synchronous, or permanent-magnet motors in the multi-megawatt class. Cable entry is from the bottom. Communication options cover Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, EtherCAT, and dual RJ45 ports for Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP plus one for Modbus serial. Control I/O includes eight programmable digital inputs (two configurable as pulse inputs up to 30 kHz), configurable analog inputs and outputs, and three relay outputs.
