The Schneider Electric ATV6000D700A3333NA3 is a medium-voltage Altivar Process drive rated 700 kVA apparent power, delivering 560 kW for normal-duty motor loads and 530 kW for heavy-duty applications. It drives permanent magnet, synchronous, and asynchronous motors through an 18-pulse diode rectifier input stage that keeps line-side THDI below 3% per IEEE 519-1992.
The enclosure footprint is substantial: 2760 mm wide, 2641 mm high, 1400 mm deep — a floor-standing cabinet that needs a dedicated pad or plinth. Cable entry is from the bottom only, so plan for an under-floor trench or raised access floor. Forced-air cooling with 80 dB noise output; the phase-shifting transformer and power cells are included in the enclosure.
Integration notes
The drive ships with a 10-inch LCD touch screen HMI, configurable relay outputs (one fault, two sequence), and eight programmable digital inputs (two configurable as pulse inputs up to 30 kHz). Analog I/O is configurable for voltage or current loops. Communication options slot into Slot A (Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, EtherCAT) and Slot B (encoder interfaces for digital, analog, resolver, or HTL). Two RJ45 ports on the control block handle Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP; a separate RJ45 port covers Modbus serial. Power supply requirements are split: the control circuit needs 100–240 V AC or 120–370 V DC at 1 kVA, the cooling fan runs on 400 V AC at 3 kVA, and the auxiliary supply is 230 V AC. Digital inputs can be powered internally (24 V DC) or externally (19–30 V DC). Isolation is electrical between power and control circuits.
