The Schneider Electric ATV630D22M3US is an Altivar Process ATV630 variable speed drive rated 22 kW normal duty (18.5 kW heavy duty) for 200-240 V three-phase supply. Continuous output current is 92.6 A at 4 kHz for normal duty, derated to 78.4 A for heavy duty applications requiring higher torque margin. This variant ships without an internal EMC filter, so external filtering or a line reactor will be needed to meet conducted emissions limits under IEC 61800-3 environment 2 category C3 or environment 1 category C2. Safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) is integrated to SIL 3, eliminating external safety relays for deceleration-related hazards.
