What this drive delivers
The Schneider Altivar Process ATV6A0C11T4 is an active-production modular drive rated 110 kW normal duty (150 hp) at 480 V, with heavy-duty 90 kW (125 hp) capability. It integrates STO SIL3 and a C3 EMC filter for 300 m cable runs. Line current pulls 168 A at 480 V normal duty, 145 A heavy duty, so panel feed and branch protection follow those numbers. Apparent power sits at 140 kVA normal duty.
Mounting and supply requirements
Cabinet mount, forced-convection cooled. The control section needs a 24 V DC external supply for digital inputs (19...30 V), plus internal 24 V for STO and digital inputs (21...27 V) with <200 mA short-circuit protection. An internal 10.5 V DC reference supply handles a 1 to 10 kOhm potentiometer. Analog inputs are software-configurable for 0-10 V or 0/4-20 mA with 12-bit resolution; accuracy holds ±0.6% over a 60 °C temperature variation. Six discrete inputs are programmable, with two capable of pulse inputs up to 30 kHz. Relay outputs R1 (fault) and R2, R3 (sequence) are configurable, rated 5 ms ±0.5 ms refresh. Slot A accepts communication modules for Profibus, PROFINET, DeviceNet, Modbus TCP, or CANopen.
