The ATV6A0C13Q4 is a modular Altivar Process ATV600 drive rated for a 132 kW motor at 400 V in normal duty and 110 kW in heavy duty, making it a direct fit for 160 kW frame applications that need headroom for overload cycles. The integrated EMC filter handles up to 300 m of motor cable while staying within IEC 61800-3 Category C3 limits — no external filter to source for most installations. Safe torque off is built in at SIL 3, so you can wire the STO inputs from a safety PLC or light curtain without a separate safety relay. The control supply is split: digital inputs run on 19–30 V DC, the STO circuit on 21–27 V DC, both under 200 mA. That means a single 24 V PSU with overload protection covers the logic side, but the STO supply must stay within the tighter window for reliable dropout.
Cabinet-mount only, forced convection cooling. The modular version means you get slot A for a fieldbus card (Profibus, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, Modbus TCP) and slot A/B for digital/analog I/O or relay extension. The base unit includes Modbus TCP slave and a 2-wire RS-485 serial port configurable to 38.4 kbaud, so you can talk to a line PLC right out of the box.
