The Schneider ATV6A0C20R4 is an Altivar Process ATV600 modular drive rated for 200 kW at 440 V normal duty and 160 kW heavy duty, with corresponding line currents of 325 A and 269 A. It carries STO SIL 3 as a standard safety function and integrates an EMC filter compliant with IEC 61800-3 category C3 for cable runs up to 300 m. The lifecycle stage is current, so this is the production variant to specify for new builds or critical spares.

Control supply and I/O architecture

The control section requires an external 24 V DC supply (19...30 V) for the digital inputs, plus a separate internal 24 V DC rail (21...27 V, <200 mA) for the digital inputs and STO circuit, with overload and short-circuit protection built in. A 10.5 V DC reference supply is provided for a 1 to 10 kOhm potentiometer. The six digital inputs (DI1–DI6) are programmable, with DI5 and DI6 capable of 0–30 kHz pulse input. Three analog inputs (AI1–AI3) are software-configurable for voltage (0–10 V DC, 30 kOhm) or current (0–20 mA / 4–20 mA, 250 Ohm), all 12-bit resolution. Two analog outputs (AO1, AO2) are also present. Three configurable relay outputs (R1–R3) handle fault and sequence signalling, each rated for 100,000 cycles.
