Supply architecture: the drive provides its own 24 V DC for digital inputs and STO, plus a 10.5 V DC reference for an external potentiometer (1–10 kOhm). The internal 24 V rail is overload-protected at <200 mA. That saves a separate power supply for the control circuit in many panels.
Mounting & wiring notes
Cabinet mount, forced convection cooling – allow clearance for airflow above and below. The modular version ships as a kit: one control unit, two 160 kW power modules, mounting hardware, and a front cover. The integrated EMC filter meets IEC 61800-3 category C3 for 300 m cable runs, so external filter may be omitted for typical installations. I/O complement: 6 programmable digital inputs (24 V DC, DIs 5–6 accept pulse input up to 30 kHz), 3 analog inputs (voltage/current configurable, 12-bit), and 2 analog outputs plus 3 configurable relay outputs. Sampling times: 2 ms on DI1–4, 5 ms on DI5–6 and analog inputs. That timing is adequate for zone-level photoeye accumulation control.
