The Schneider ATV6A0C50N6 is a modular Altivar Process ATV600 drive rated for 355 kW normal duty at 500 V, with integrated EMC filter meeting IEC 61800-3 category C3, and Safe Torque Off SIL3. It handles synchronous and asynchronous motors. Line current sits at 484 A normal duty, 385 A heavy duty – that delta tells you the headroom between standard and overloaded motor profiles. Switching frequency is adjustable from 2 kHz to 4.9 kHz, with derating at the higher end. The drive ships with the power module, control unit, mounting kits, fuses, and front cover – it's a complete ready-to-wire kit, not a bare module.
Panel Fit & Mounting
Cabinet-mount only, with UL Type 1 / Type 12 enclosure ratings when integrated into a suitable cabinet. Pollution degree 2 per IEC 61800-5-1. Vibration tested to 1.5 mm peak-to-peak (2–13 Hz) and 0.5 g (13–200 Hz). Shock rated at 4 g for 11 ms – typical for industrial control panels. Power connections are screw terminals on the line side and M10 bars on the motor side. Control wiring uses removable screw terminals accepting 0.5–1.5 mm² (AWG 20–16). RS-485 Modbus serial is 2-wire, 8-bit data with configurable parity.
