The ATV6A0C80T4 is a modular Altivar Process ATV600 drive rated for 800 kW (1100 hp) at 480 V normal duty and 630 kW (900 hp) at 480 V heavy duty. Line current draws 1146 A normal duty, 942 A heavy duty. Apparent power is 953 kVA normal, 783 kVA heavy. The drive includes integrated EMC filter rated for 300 m motor cable (IEC 61800-3 category C3). Supply architecture is split: digital inputs take 24 V DC (19...30 V), an internal 10.5 V DC ±5% supply powers a 1 to 10 kΩ reference potentiometer, and the STO circuit runs on a separate 24 V DC (21...27 V) supply with <200 mA overload and short-circuit protection. The three supplies are isolated — the STO rail is not shared with the control logic.

Safety and compliance

Linearity error is ±0.15% of maximum value; accuracy drift across a 60 °C temperature variation is ±0.6% for inputs, ±1% for outputs. Discrete inputs DI1...DI6 are 24 V DC programmable; DI5 and DI6 accept pulse inputs up to 30 kHz.
