The Schneider Electric ATV6B0C63N6 is a modular Altivar Process ATV600 drive rated for 450 kW at 500 V normal duty (355 kW heavy duty). Line current draws 562 A normal duty, 446 A heavy duty. Switching frequency adjustable from 2 to 4.9 kHz with derating. Integrated EMC filter covers cables up to 984.3 ft (300 m) and meets IEC 61800-3 category C3. Safe torque off (STO) SIL3 is onboard, eliminating the need for a separate safety module for that function.
Cabinet Mounting & Connections
Cabinet mount only, forced convection cooling. Pollution degree 2 per IEC 61800-5-1. Control wiring via removable screw terminals, 0.5–1.5 mm² (AWG 20–16). Line side uses screw terminals; motor connections use M10 bars. Slot A accepts communication option cards: Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, Modbus TCP/EtherNet/IP, CANopen (RJ45, SUB-D 9, or screw terminals). Built-in Modbus serial is 2-wire RS485, RTU frame, 1–247 addresses. Ethernet/Modbus TCP runs at 10/100 Mbit/s, half/full duplex.
