The ATV930C20N4F is a 380…440 V three-phase drive sized for 200 kW on normal duty (ND) or 160 kW on heavy duty (HD) — verified by the 370 A continuous output at 2.5 kHz (ND) and 302 A at 2.5 kHz (HD). The integrated EMC filter meets IEC 61800-3 for conducted emissions without an external add-on, saving panel space. Control supply is separate from the power stage: digital inputs and STO use a 24 V DC supply (21…27 V), while the reference potentiometer (1…10 kOhm) gets an internal 10.5 V DC ±5 %. The main digital input supply accepts 19…30 V DC. Isolation to earth is tested at 1 MOhm, 500 V DC for 1 minute.
Floor-standing enclosure with IP21 protection; operating position vertical ±10°. Line and motor connections use M12 bar terminals; control wiring uses removable screw terminals (0.5…1.5 mm²). Requires 1300 m³/h of cooling air — ensure adequate ventilation in the enclosure. Three option slots (A, B, C) accept communication modules for PROFIBUS DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, CANopen, Ethernet Powerlink, plus digital/analog I/O and relay extensions. Slot B also supports encoder interfaces (digital 5/12 V, analog, or resolver). Built-in EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP on dual-port RJ45, plus Modbus serial. Configurable baud rates: 10 or 100 Mbits for Ethernet, 4.8 kbps or 19200 bit/s for serial. Communication uses half- or full-duplex with autonegotiation.
