The ATV930D15N4Z: The normal-duty rating (15 kW, 31.7 A) covers pumps, fans, and centrifugal loads. The heavy-duty rating (11 kW, 23.5 A) suits constant-torque loads like conveyors or mixers. Both figures are at 4 kHz switching; if you need lower noise or longer motor leads, factor derating above 4 kHz per the thermal curve. On the input side, the drive accepts 380-480 V three-phase, with overvoltage category III – standard for distribution-level panels. The IP21 enclosure is rated for indoor cabinet mounting only; no condensation or dust ingress tolerance beyond normal panel conditions (pollution degree 2). A built-in braking chopper is included as standard – no external braking module needed for controlled deceleration or vertical loads. An integrated EMC filter covers conducted emissions for most industrial environments; the optional EMC plate enhances performance for sensitive installations.
