The Schneider ATV9A0C11S6 is an Altivar Process ATV900 modular drive for synchronous and asynchronous motors, rated 125 HP at 600 V normal duty and 100 HP at 600 V heavy duty, with corresponding line currents of 112 A and 92 A. It carries an integrated EMC filter compliant with IEC 61800-3 category C3 for 300 m cable runs, and its STO (safe torque off) function is certified SIL 3.
Control supply and fieldbus options
Digital inputs and STO require a 24 V DC supply (21...27 V), with a separate 24 V DC (19...30 V) for the control logic. An internal 10.5 V DC reference is available for a 1 to 10 kOhm potentiometer. The drive ships with dual RJ45 Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP ports and one RJ45 Modbus serial port; slot A accepts optional Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, or EtherCAT communication modules. Slots A, B, and C can host digital/analog I/O or relay extension modules, and slot B accepts encoder interfaces (digital 5/12 V, analog, or resolver).
Cabinet-mount design rated UL type 1 or type 12 when integrated into an enclosure (IP00 base, suitable for IP21 or IP54 cabinets). Forced-convection cooling; switching frequency adjustable from 2 to 4.9 kHz with derating. Operating altitude up to 2000 m with current derating above 1000 m, ambient humidity 5...95% non-condensing, and vibration resistance per IEC 60068-2-6 (1.5 mm pk-pk at 2–13 Hz, 0.5 gn at 13–200 Hz).
