The Schneider Electric ATV9A0C35R4 is a modular Altivar Process ATV900 drive rated for 355 kW at 440 V normal duty and 280 kW at 440 V heavy duty, with corresponding line currents of 559 A and 450 A. Apparent power is 426 kVA (ND) and 343 kVA (HD). It is in current lifecycle stage.
Control supply and safety
Digital inputs and STO require a 24 V DC supply (21...27 V). An internal 10.5 V DC supply is available for a 1 to 10 kOhm reference potentiometer. The drive includes STO (safe torque off) rated SIL 3.
EMC and protection
Integrated EMC filter meets IEC 61800-3 category C3 for 300 m cable runs. Protection covers motor and drive thermal, phase loss, overvoltage, undervoltage, short-circuit, earth fault, overspeed, and control circuit break. Pollution degree 2.
Communication and options
Built-in Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP (10/100 Mbit/s) and Modbus serial (RS 485, 4.8 to 38.4 kbit/s). Three option slots (A, B, C) accept fieldbus modules for Profibus DP, PROFINET, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, CANopen, plus digital/analog I/O and encoder interface modules.
Switching frequency and derating
Switching frequency adjustable from 2 to 8 kHz with derating factor applied above 2.5 kHz. Operating altitude up to 4800 m with current derating above 1000 m.
