It handles synchronous and asynchronous motors, with a switching frequency adjustable from 2.5 to 8 kHz (derated above 2.5 kHz). The drive integrates a C3 EMC filter rated for 300 m of motor cable per IEC 61800-3, and includes STO (Safe Torque Off) SIL 3 as a built-in safety function. Protection covers motor and drive thermal, phase loss, short-circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overspeed.

Integration Notes

Cabinet-mount only, IP00 — requires an IP21 or IP54 enclosure. Forced-convection cooling; noise level is 74 dB. Three option slots (A, B, C) accept communication modules for Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, CANopen, plus digital/analog I/O and relay extensions. Slot B also supports encoder interfaces (digital, analog, resolver). Control wiring uses removable screw terminals (0.5–1.5 mm²). Line-side connection is screw terminal; motor connection uses M10 bars. Dual RJ45 ports for Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP (10/100 Mbit/s) and one RJ45 for Modbus serial (RTU, 4.8–38.4 kbit/s).
